This is Tajimaguro Menchikatsu.
The menchikatsu is deep-fried in Tajima Gen's beef fat using Tonkatsu Seikura's fresh bread crumbs, which was the subject of last year's collaboration project. The crispy texture and Tajima Gen's delicious flavor make it a perfect dish!

This is Tajima Guro Minced Meat Cutlet.
This minced meat cutlet is made using fresh bread crumbs from Tonkatsu Narikura, with whom we collaborated last year, and is fried in Tajimaguro beef fat.
This dish has a crispy texture and the delicious flavor of Tajimaguro!
