Course reservations are for a minimum of 2 persons.
Only about 10 "Tajima Gen" are shipped per month.
We purchased one of the cattle from Mr. Shinya Ueda, the producer of the cattle, especially for this event.
We are also pleased to present as part of the course an excellent dish that was devised together with the meat seeker "Katsuomi Koike".
